How to achieve high-quality hot stamping

The vertical and horizontal foil feed systems enable simultaneous foil stamping, reducing foil usage and saving foil changing time.
The three vertical and two horizontal foil feed mechanisms all utilize Inovance servo motors and an Inovance PLC control system.
The vertical foil collection mechanism features two foil collection methods for user convenience. The mechanism is located behind the vertical foil feed mechanism, ensuring smooth collection of large-format foil.
Two brush rollers are used to remove waste foil, and the foil collection and placement rack can be pulled out of the machine for easy foil replacement. Maximum foil diameter: 250mm (vertical)
