Features

Working principle of feeder paper feeding unit

Paper Feeding Unit

Utilizes an advanced control system to regulate the paper feeding speed, ensuring smooth paper transportation.
The paper separation part is made of special aluminum alloy for smoother paper feeding.
Single-sheet feeding, ensuring stability and accuracy.
Servo micro-adjustment technology for the suction paper row, allowing adjustments without stopping the machine.

Paper Receiving Unit

Paper receiving photoelectric sensor ensures neat paper stacking.
Automatic lifting control system for the paper receiving table.

Electrical Unit

The human-machine interactive touch interface allows configuration of different long and short pulls.
An alarm is triggered if the foil length is less than 10 cm.
The computer-controlled foil monitoring system displays the remaining and consumed foil length.
Equipped with Schneider Electric components (France) and Xinjie PLC control system to ensure stable machine operation.

Hot Stamping Section

Stamping Plate: The surface undergoes hard anodizing treatment, ensuring lightweight operation while maintaining high surface hardness and resistance to deformation.
Longitudinal Foil Feeding System: Reduces foil consumption and saves foil replacement time.
Dual Longitudinal Foil Feeding Mechanism: Equipped with Hangzhou Zhishan servo motors (China) and Xinje PLC control system for user-friendly operation. The mechanism is positioned behind the longitudinal foil feeding to ensure smooth and flat foil collection after stamping.

Hot Stamping Section

Independent Manual Control: The main unit can be operated manually when needed.
Parallel Pressure Adjustment Device: Features a flat upper platform for precise pressure regulation.
Vacuum negative pressure detection ensures machine operation ceases upon absence of paper.
