Working principle of feeder paper feeding unit

Paper Feeding Unit

The paper feeding table is made of stainless steel material, with good hardness and no rust
The lifting system is driven by a stepper motor, which is durable and long service time.
The front triangular aluminum guides are fixed on both sides, while the rear paper stop bar features multi-directional adjustment to accommodate various paper types.
The front section is equipped with an air-blowing device to ensure proper sheet separation and prevent double feeding.

Paper Receiving Unit

The delivery table is made of stainless steel for superior hardness and rust resistance, while the lifting system is powered by a stepper motor, ensuring long-lasting durability.

Electrical Unit

The human-machine interactive touch function can be set to different long.

Main spindle part

The spindle is driven by a 1.5KW servo motor, and the four column structural design makes the hot stamping more stable and less prone to tilting. The high-frequency quenching depth of the spindle core reaches 0.5 millimeters, and the surface is plated with hard chromium, which is durable and wear-resistant

Paper transfer part

The horizontal paper feeding device adopts servo motor control, which is more efficient and accurate.

Safety protection part

This machine is equipped with a safety protection grating. Once an object is detected approaching during machine operation, the machine will sound an alarm and shut down to protect the safety of the operator.
